About Baggen Umeå AB

BAGGEN® is a family-owned company based in Baggböle, just outside Umeå in northern Sweden. We develop well-thought-out products for an active life with dogs – with a focus on comfort, control and reliable performance in real-life situations.

The core of our range is hands-free belts and leashes, developed to perform equally well during everyday walks as in more demanding activities such as running and skiing. Every detail is designed with a focus on function, feel and long-term durability.

The company was founded in 1985 with a focus on forestry and hunting products. Since the early 1990s, dog products have been our main business, although parts of the hunting range still remain.

Today, our products are primarily sold through retailers, but also directly to customers via our webshop.

Since 2014, we represent NEEWA in Sweden, Norway and Finland – an Italian brand specializing in equipment for sled dog sports, developed together with active dog handlers.
