Here you can register a return, exchange or complaint for your order.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be in substantially unchanged condition.

We process returns as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

EXCHANGES

Would you like a different size, colour or product? Register a return and state what you would like to exchange it for in the message field on the next page.

COMPLAINTS

You have the right to make a complaint for up to 3 years under Swedish consumer legislation. The right to complain covers original defects in the product, such as material or manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered.

For approved complaints, we will in the first instance offer repair, replacement or a price reduction.
